My internet mule Until my Apex Encore and Tachyon X arrive next week , this is it . 3300x DDR4 Apex Crosshair VIII Extreme 10m 47.248 View AttachmentMaybe, just maybe, since besides Z790 Kingpin, I do not have experience with Gigabyte boards, it is one of the best ( maybe the best ) board to have. I have it for a month now. Including microcode selection, SLI support, amazing memory handling and extreme power section. I have done things, for my personal joy and practice, that I can't replicate on Evga Kingpin board. An example : My SP108 13900K has a very bad IMC. Very bad indeed. Combined with TeamGroup T-force Delta 7800 mem set, I have created a 24/7 profile at 8200, running 36-48-48-40-2T with TRFC 480 ( !!! ) and tight to very tight other timings using : 1.41Vdd 1.41Vddq 1.20Vccsa 1.325 controller voltage in gear mode 2. Steady for 6 hours ( no errors ) memtest64 AND Aida Extreme cache and memory test running. Benchmark wise, although I am not happy with these voltages under water, 8400/cl34 needs 1.47Vdd and Vddq and 8600/cl34 needs 1.55Vdd and 1.525Vddq. Board boots immediately, no hasle, enters windows and is ready to run any PI test and PY prime, where these speeds really shine. Highly recommended.

My small, bulk, no special settings or memory speeds contribution to the competition. Ok Fasttrack Asus Apex Encore 13900K running 4/4, affinitized to single thread core 1, at 6.2ghz under ambient water. Mems are my daily profile at 8200. 4minutes and 8 seconds. My best is 4.05 at 6.3ghz with mems profile 8400. For my friend Tristan

I also probably should have listed "Competition Background" in the "Screenshot must have ____" line. However to stick to the rules and be completely fair, I don't think I can add it. Sorry Jon. It's an excellent score still, very impressed.

I'll look into it more, think next competition will have that as a rule.

It's not required here, but maybe should have been? I'll look into it more, think next competition will have that as a rule. I can't get mad. I realized it after subbing. Like damnit!!! I wasn't even trying for Pimod32m, I just had spare ambient temps to work with. Super basic ddr4 setup, no special going ons ya know. I was just asking, cause it was just easier through benchmate to sub at hwbot. Though it can add a couple seconds to the end time, I like it's ease of use. Doesnt matter to me either way. I'm having fun. Decided to let Geniben keep his rtx 2060 subs and went for personal cpu scores instead. Tell ya what, I'll try to re-run it with a proper background image. Though I was going to break out some DDR5, maybe I'll pass. See what time brings me over the next couple of weeks.

Not much different to the normal Tachyon Z790 TBH . Is what it is though I I only just flew home from work , just having a quick play on phase to get some profiles before I paint (destroy) the board lol.
