Thought, well OK, let us do this. The rig is not critical or main DD. Downloading now as I type. Let us see how it goes. This is an intel rig.

the oddest thing happened to me, I downloaded and install media pack for 1903. figured I'd do a fresh install to 1903... after install... still at 1803... so I thought I was going to be updated and not have to worry about the bull that can happen... and I'll have to live through it anyway...

For me it was evening, I left it downloading. Woke up in the morning, dl had stalled at 99%.
ah well, restarted the PC, it found an additional update for 1803. Installed that and made a restart.
Now the download of 1903 update completed and began installing. Had go to work so I left it installing.
We will see how it goes.

It is installed but it took a couple of restarts. Too early to say how good this works, initial suspect it is slower but what do I know.
