I managed to grab 3 motherboards on eBay for £25 + delivered untested all came with boxes and some had materials inside such as manual and cables etc
Board I got - ASUS an8-32 sli deluxe ASUS m2n32 sli deluxe wireless edition ASUS a8r32 MVP deluxe
2 out of 3 worked. However couldn't get the m2n32 sli going... board looks in good condition I spend a good 10 minutes looking over the board in detail to make sure there was no components missing and they weren't.
board gives post code 20 on pci POST card. removing the memory gives same 20 code removing the cpu gives code 00
ive tried... various memory kits and configurations various cpus from sempron, athlon64,Athlon64x2, phenom, phenom ii. removing the built in wifi card addon reflowing the chipset biosflashback (didn't seem to get anywhere since no post)
if anyone has had some experience with this board and can provide input that would be great 👍 I personally think the bios is screwed GG Asus for soldering it in ☹️

You could try the original disk for the board and flash stock bios from that disk. I save my M3A board in this fashion once from a bad bios update. Resulted in a black screen.

Unfortunately I don't have the original disc for this board and was unable to find the ISO online , I tried a USB drive formatted as fat32 and FAT with the bios on and nothing changed. oh there is action on the board the cpu gets hot and the memory does too so there is life in it

Cannot flash without reading ram. Only way to do it is with a clip on flasher or removing the chip, flashing, and re-soldering.
Probably socket damage more so than a bad bios.

Looked through my main drivers CD box, it's not in there. I have NForce disk, the M3A disk I mentioned.... I can't seem to find my M3A32 MVP disk which I know I have somewhere, and I bet the M2N disk is with it IF I still have the M2N disk. I almost always keep the disks from the boards I purchase if they came with them. I still have my driver disks for 4800 series ATI cards and even a Ruby Rom disk!!
