Friends, i want to use a 72w peltier to cool the NB of a REX, and water cool the hot side of it. My question is if will be suficient, because i really don't know how much tdp in watts a NB can output with high voltages. Thanks in advance

Rex X48 in general like big NB voltage for frequency but a TEK should be enough to keep it below zero they dont output no where near as much heat like a CPU does.

I assume you have TEC 12706, which is 40mm square 72w. Very common TEC. Here's the PDF information.
If you want real low temps, and Frozen hunt down TEC 12715. 136W at 40mm. It'll be powerful enough for any NB load and plenty strong for low wattage processors. Here is FX-8350 2x cores @ 5.3ghz, 5.4ghz and 5.6ghz (unbenched max idle frozen/near freezing) with Peltier 12715. Geothermal liquid cooling on the TEC hot side. EDIT: The peltier above is dangerous at that wattage. But it'll get your NB very likely below -15c if you can get the water delta low enough on your water loop. Ice water... Oh this TEC will freeze like you have a mini Dice pot on that chip
