That is interesting, didn't realize green cards would work through the PCIe bus like red cards. Wondering if it has something to do with the hack that came out allowing SLI on Intel boards about the time X58 was released.

^ Wink Wink... documented.. that's how people were SLI'ing their 1060's that performed better than 1080's at a fraction of the cost. BUT for gaming, the game needs to be "SLI" compatible. and forcing SLI can sometimes decrease performance. But for bench marking, that shouldn't be an issue. I've read that you either need a hacked FW for the card or a hacked Driver... here's a snipit.. look at the screenshot again and look at the subvendor in GPU-Z Vin
