Just interested in seeing how prevalent the use of classic shell is with Windows 10. I've been using it since Windows 8 and I don't think I could do without it now. I love the start menu and simply have no time for the "metro" tablet style layout that comes stock with Win 8/10. Just curious who all here is doing the same?
I also restore the quick launch folder for easy access to programs etc.

I'm not running it. in Windows 8.1 the brought back a Start like button after an update. it's there as well in win10... but I've gotten used to just hitting the windows key and start typing the name of what I want.. after about 3-4 keys I just hit enter... much faster that mousing through a start menu...
Win7 had this feature.. in Win8.1+ it's gotten better
I get a little pain when going back to XP... there it wants the .exe filename and you better have your paths setup...

Today installed W10 on a laptop and began putting classic shell on it. Did not realize, notice this or perhaps forgot about it. Classic Shell is now Open Shell. Its latest version is 4.4.31, released Sep 29, 2018. Installed that one now.
