Sorry I am late here pin 20 measure the resistance to ground with the CPU in the socket multiply by 25 and go from there.
The diagram doesnt show any divider on the feedback circuit but that doesnt mean it doesnt have one.
Also the vid signals go up to 3.5v in the diagram.

IO didn't help me to gain more PCI.
