I'm only recent addition to Warp9 team Oldbud ... so much to learn from the Grand Masters
Do you know Bones?
He got bested by someone in Indonesia at the last minute during a socket "A" Reference frequency Competition and Bones had the lead up until the end. And the Guy that won was never able to boot his board again.
Respect to the big contributors on the Russia team. Boy they are hard hitters Antinomy? is that guy a member of HWbot?
Yes I understand about Mathematics & it's a big part of understanding the benchmark runs. I can see it in 3D with the fps
You 70 years old now oldbud? Still race computers? Mac's is an old fella in here 62 iirc
Me personally, I'm running Underclocked now.
I had a health related issue and it darn near killed me.
I lost more than a third of my body weight and that makes the muscles in my neck and back get tired very quickly so I don't see myself holding hands with any computers to keep them running all night on a Benchmark run.
I remember Macsbeach. He used to sit and watch the sun go down, iirc.
That guy Antinomy was the Russian language Webmaster at Hwbot, He was accepted here as Family.
george: I had not line up for my next "duty" when I told my manager I'm leaving, but I have been some decades in this profession of work. Now I felt need to take a breathing break before deciding smth that will keep my own spark igniting

ShrimpBrime: I did quit my job. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Things where not as I expected last year when I got the job. But no worries, I won't miss a single day of work. Always line one up first before quitting

george: wut?I did not lurk around here for a couple of days.Shrimp, did u quit yer job? A personal process here also ongoing, I'm trying to digest it myself, did not feel comfy with the push going. Seen all kind of stuff, now for me, time to try some other task

ShrimpBrime: Couldn't have said it better myself Vin! I'm all about 21 virgins, but not sure about the path to getting them!! XD
Aug 16, 2022 21:00:42 GMT -5
Vinster: we don't all have to believe in the same things. we don't all have to agree on the same things. but to have respect for your fellow person and have a beer to debate or after a debate... instead of hate, maybe we'd all just learn a little more...

Vinster: for religion, my only issue with some religions is, if they call out theirs as the right one and everyone else is going to hell... I have no patience for that. If your religion tells you to hate someone for their race, creed, beliefs, etc... I say GTFO
Aug 16, 2022 20:46:43 GMT -5
funsoul: i'm all about direct experience, studying or just believing in stuff only gets us so far
Aug 16, 2022 20:38:17 GMT -5
funsoul: i've studied a number of them, practiced a few, took from each what works for me and took it from there
Aug 16, 2022 20:36:23 GMT -5
ShrimpBrime: Just curious, I'm asking if you study all religions or refer to personal beliefs.
Aug 16, 2022 19:16:48 GMT -5
ShrimpBrime: 10,000 distinct religions "estimated". Do you hobby in one platform or all of them?
Aug 16, 2022 16:42:14 GMT -5
funsoul: Now ya'll know one of my other "hobbies" lmao
Aug 16, 2022 7:59:44 GMT -5
funsoul: We are not our bodies
Aug 16, 2022 7:58:22 GMT -5
funsoul: Based on your statements, I'd not be at all surprised if the soul of your dad is one of your actual greeters on that side
Aug 16, 2022 7:58:08 GMT -5
funsoul: Losing someone we love is so painful. I don't know much but I do know that when your time comes to make the transition, you'll know you're together again.
Aug 16, 2022 7:57:44 GMT -5
funsoul: Morning evryone!
Aug 16, 2022 7:55:10 GMT -5
ShrimpBrime: If it counts, I hope it's a very long time before you meet your dad again Eddie.
Aug 16, 2022 6:20:51 GMT -5
zila1: Strange. I hear my dad's voice all of the time. Like he's watching over me. Sometimes I hear that strong voice of his calling me. And I hear his laughter. It sounds so real. Like he's standing right next to me.
Aug 15, 2022 23:51:11 GMT -5
zila1: I can't wait to see him again. One day God willing when I finally leave this place I will see my Dad, my hero again.
Aug 15, 2022 23:48:21 GMT -5
zila1: My Dad was all over Europe during WWII. Served under General Patton. My Dad kicked some ass. It's no wonder he was always such a tough bastard and could drink anyone under the table. I miss my Dad.
Aug 15, 2022 23:47:25 GMT -5
zila1: I am feeling very emotional tonight. It took a year but I finally received a copy of my Dad's military discharge papers. I feel very proud of him and I also miss him very much. On the 21st will be a year since I lost my Dad.
