dataplan.xfinity.com/faq/"The Terabyte Internet Data Usage Plan is a new data usage plan for XFINITY Internet service that provides you with a terabyte (1 TB or 1024 GB) of Internet data usage each month as part of your monthly service. If you choose to use more than 1 TB in a month, we will automatically add blocks of 50 GB to your account for an additional fee of $10 each. Your charges, however, will not exceed $200 each month, no matter how much you use. And, we're offering you two courtesy months, so you will not be billed the first two times you exceed a terabyte. Yea we ditched the comcast TV a year or so ago. I miss some of the viewing channels, but we live without it. But to be honest the bill isn't exactly lower while we pay good moneys for 75mb connection. It's plenty fast enough for us and under 100 dollars.

what happened to me they were like ohh you get air channels free and a free box. free box my dogs ass, after about a year my bill jumped from 96 bucks for the 105 mb package to 130. I called and said listen I want nothing, absoF**kinlutly nothing but the internet. they were like well sir we don't offer the 105 anymore. the 150 Replaced it in my area. and so my ending bill with no promotion or anything for the 150mb inny net comes to 89 bucks and and a few pents a month. so it pay to call them. i returned their equipment (tv box) and own my own modem.

Weren't they talking free internet at one point? I don't mean that XFinity Wifi. that's not really free, you pay for it but can use anywhere Xfinity is located while where you connect to probably has slower speeds at the same time. It's a scam. Get free internet at just about any library and McDonalds you come across lol. I know at the Shriners hospital it's free.

the still have that free xfinity wifi for xfinity customers, people near your modem can log on to and use comcast instead of their phone provider and its not supposed to slow down the person owning the service, service. as soon as they inacted that cap i shut off the guest wifi they can kiss my arse. other than that i dunno, i have used it in the past you have to log on with your account even if your on someone else inny net, you get a prompt on your phone or other device to log on.

My router is in the basement. There's no internet 5 feet outside my walls. It's not even passworded. They can use the webs I pay for, but need to be right next to the house.

Meh, I have no need. To the south side, train tracks. The East side is farm fields. West is the Dean Food factory. And the South side of my house, well my aunt Pat lives there. Not to many people around to steal from me. House and garage unlocked just about 247. Our puppy now 7 months old barks at just about everything. Something about German Shepard and Malinois mix makes him protective as a dog could get.
