Got myself some of these earlier with the same exact model/numbers and they are TCCD sticks. I know based on revision they could be different per set but most likely TCCD sticks I'd have to guess like mine are.
If you guys ever see a set of Golds rated for 2-2-2-5 @ 3.2v's, jump all over those if you can. I have a set like that and let me tell you, about the best set I have and as you may suspect they LOVE the voltage as long as you keep them cool with a fan or something.

I have got a set of Golds they are BH5 but they are burnt they run but not very good.

Yep - You burn 'em they won't do much if anything. The set I have here does well and can run with some really tight timings, depending on the exact setup.
I just keep my fan on them, mind what voltage I'm throwing to them and they've been doing great so far.
