may be worth for a legacy system, but I wouldn't get it as a bencher.. granted it was used 1,234 times on the bot for OC'ing; hwbot.org/hardware/motherboard/ga-ma790x-ud4p/There are better board out there to use for these CPU's and many would use DDR3 but that's just me Vin EDIT: Looks like Scotty has/had this board and contributed many of these submissions. |

Good AM2 board. AM2 cpus dont support DDR3.
Scotty me and you Shane have already got one.
Its now in my watch list another would be nice.

I had a phenom II 955 (BE and non BE) and used it on an AM3 board (gigabyte 890FX) and it was DDR3...

i got the other gig 790 and its the same board, its been on once as i said i thought this would be a good go at the price and not anyone is havin a go... i dont bid on anything other than in the last 10 mins, not like all these other cockheads do, all it does is whack the price up for everyone...then i use justsnipe to do it my thoughts were, a good board, a 955 BE and 4 gig of patriot mem, but doesnt say what patriot mem, to me they look like the viper series, regardless of what mhz they are , so i thought it was worth a go www.ebay.com.au/itm/172377177589?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT |
