The molex is for the multi-meter, not additional power. It's the only way to probe v-core.

^ I currently Do Not plan on taking this Sub-Zero BUT I will try and beat your scores with chilled water :-)
The Yellow wire is for : ? The Red wire is for : ?
Where would I place the Ground probe from the DMM ?
Thanks :-)

I don't even think I turned the trimmers at all either. You can beat my scores, go for it! I didn't set them old cards up with a proper system, just slapped them in and ran em real quick.

What you were asking me about voltmodding cards 8yrs ago or something and you still cant work that out from just looking at it. yellow wire in the molex is for monitoring gpu vcore Red wire is for monitoring vmem You will also notice there are 2 trimmers on the mem one is for VDD and the other is VDDQ doesnt seem to be a measurement point for VDDQ.
Actually X850XT is the card I got big gains with from an extra cap on the mem funny how some things stick in your brain for years

^ A Big Thanks for the help :-) I tried my hand at Modding but ended up burning more than what I needed. I had Dolk @ OCF do several mods for me :-) I forgot to ask IF I can plug it into the PSU and check the Voltage before I install it in the PCIe slot? If not do I worry about to much V going to the card (on air) before I can get a reading with the DMM.
Thanks For The Great Help :-)

Thanks For The Great Help :-) Dont try to plug that molex into a PSU you will blow the card to Kingdom Come it is only glued on there so you can put the + probe of the multimeter in it to measure while you adjust. General procedure -probe can be put anywhere on the card or motherboard even the case of the power supply will do its just gotta contact common ground. The + probe is to be put in the molex now start a 3D bench or the render in GPUz and while its in 3D look at the reading and your hands are free to adjust the trimmer while its running. Dont worry about what voltage its at HD3000 - 4000 series I run at upto 1.8v it will be right Jon doesnt even think he turned them. Not all cards are as free with voltage though take GTX580 1.5v will kill it on ambient
