Would anyone have tips for a heat sink with some good cooling ability for 775 that is not a pain to remove and install? I need to get one for the bench setup I'm putting together

Old version of Deepcool Gammaxx 400, but I don't think it's sold anymore. Uses classic Intel push-pin mounting.

Is this for the chipset? If you can find one around, SilentX made a good NB cooler that's all copper and will work with the board in most cases, I've got three and they get the job done. I have three and they do great - Just make sure you don't drop it on your foot because you'll know (And feel) it because they are rather big.
Tt also made what was one of the very best NB coolers you can get and it's called an "Extreme Spirit II" - Excellent, yet nearly silent chipset cooler. Only thing is finding one and paying for it since they are hard to find these days and not exactly cheap either because they work so well.
I've got two of those too and I just love 'em.

Its for the CPU. I was going to get a 775 board and bench P4's and wanted something that was simple to remove and reinstall wile also being good at cooling. Thanks !
