Tip: Those are D9hmh's. They will not do well at a CL4. CL5 however should get you into the 1000 range.

My bad. I mistook the W for an H. You'll probably be disappointed. They are CL6 sticks. Not saying you can't tighten them up, but not without a speed loss usually. There is not much info out there on the HMW's. You'll have to try them out.

Nothing. Test them out. At least then we know what to expect from the HMW's.

Yes, nothing special. Stock speed would be 1066 @ CL7 but they will do 1600 @ CL10. All @ 1.5v Fine for any everyday stock machine.

Yes, I was so happy when I found out how fresh they are ! Beautifull little kit ! I like them very much because they are so flexible. Can form to work at high performance on different imc's. I wish I will find a decent BH-6 ddr1 kit someday. I have a pair ddr1. They are yellow and have an Ultra writing on one side. What do You think about their chip type ? I think they have maybe CH-6. Can go easily on cl 2 but don't let the trcD lower below 3 while 2-3-2-5 can set easily. I'm not to good at ddr1 chip types. You can see here.

Sctty will probably know what they are. What voltage are you giving them?

If I remember well it was 3.3 - 3.4V only.

Good Ultra's are rare. The only good one's were the Extreme Ultra's. They were BH-5. Based on your settings and voltage, CH-5 or 6 is a possibility. Hynix D43's are more likely. Ultra was a big Hynix user.

Yes, they are good. Just a note though, that Doug guy is on our avoid list. He sells dead stuff. That's why he only asks for Paypal gift option. You have no protection to get your money back then.

This is my cheapest D9 because one of my friend bought it to me. It's an OCZ Flex XLC, 2x1 ddr2. I thought it was made with D9 chips. I was a bit sad when we saw Qimonda chips under the heatsink. But I started to smile when I tested them ! Test was made with my P35-DQ6. 1.8V in bios so yes it's on minimum voltage !!! Tested on air cooling without factory water cooler. It seems water cooling can be very useful even it is not in use ! :DDD

The Flex's are very good ram. Tough to find a set that hasn't been abused though.
