My issue is I have no control on the v-core. Board power is pulling only 200w PS20RelVoltageControl set to 0 in MSI afterburner .cfg file. The slider is there, it's sets the positive offset, reporting stuck at 1199mv GPU temp max 27.2c and a hot spot temp of 40.2 (only a few minutes with TPU gpu render, basically no less time than say running 3DMark any) Is there something I'm missing?? Do I need to modify the bios? I shouldn't have to right? << Any help is appreciated!! Here's a screeny, if you need other information just let me know please. Thanks, Jon

You do not miss anything Jon.
1555mhz is very good, extremely good.
To go beyond that ( at your own risk ) you need a modded bios,
The Kingpin XOC bios and the Kingpin Classy tool are needed to control Vcore up to 1.5V under LN2, Vpll, Vmem, 1.8v adjustement.
Unless you are at least on DICE to go up to 1.35V, I would strongly NOT recommend it.

No DryIce pot for gpus unfortunately. It's got a waterblock.
Thank you for the quick response!

have you tried a older version of MSI afterburner or evga precision? Sorry for delayed reply. MSI after burner (Riva-Tuner) just doesn't work for EVGA cards to OV. Even with modded cfg file. EVGA precision X 16 did not seem to work either. I could have set up everything on a fresh install to confirm, but I did not. I've since removed my benching gear entirely. So I'll never know the outcome.

I would try finding a older version. I vaguely recall having the same problem when I had a x299 system with dual 980ti few years back

An Evga 980ti KINGPIN, cant do on water over 1570-1580mhz. Only with modded bios and the Kingpin Classy tool 2.04, someone may try pushing the card higher on CHILLED WATER, then on DICE and finnally under LN2. Because if by chance you push more than 1.25v thru the gpu, say goodbye to the card in 5 minutes.
