I voted for the Suburu. But Toyota makes excellent products, I've owned a couple in my time.

I like the Subaru too Jon but yeah, they are both great vehicles. I'd like to have a Forester. I think it's a better snow vehicle. I like the added height and I just love the skid plate. And with the proper snow tires both of those vehicles would kick some ass. 

Edit: I've been looking into a Forester but darn it they are just so expensive. A good used low mileage "Certified" one is in the $30,000 range or above. Prices of cars are just so damned high right now. But, the dude did say he could give me $20,000 in trade on my 2013 van cause it's like brand new with only 22,000 miles on it. But I like my van and want to keep it.
