I seen this too.
However you can go all the way back to the original Titan and read the exact same shit. HOF cards lighting up ect ect.
My question is...
Hype?

Looks like Igor found the connector assembly is the blame.
Again, trying something new over using something that already works. Lol 😆

Boy oh boy oh boy. Nvidia really should know better than this by now. Well, I can now better understand just a little bit of what EVGA was up against. Looks like Corsair has a nice high-quality cable that looks to be a good deal better and cable mods also said that Nvidias cable was a mistake on Nvidias part and has 90 degree high quality cables coming out too. But I still like the pcie connectors best. I don't like these new connectors at all and honestly just that alone would keep me from buying one of those cards, not to mention the rip off price on them too. I hope no one loses hardware............or worse due to this issue. This is some scary shit especially if you've got kids in the house playing games on a computer with one of these cards in it. Now we need to keep a fire extinguisher next to the rig. It's like buying an electric car and putting it in the garage to charge. LOOK OUT!

Most people with kids have better things to spend that kind of money on. Personally, I'd get a new car.....
