I am trying to OC my pair of RX-580 but when I hit apply I get the error
AMD Ultra Low Power State is enabled for this CF ... blah blah blah
But nothing I have tryed will disable it, I did the regedit to "0" way, I also tryed the tool by YoungPRO. Still wont let me OC in crossfire. Maximus V Formula + FX-9590
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Apologies if you already did this, but have you tried disabling ULPS in MSI Afterburner's AMD-specific settings? That always works for me. Hope things work out for you.

I didnt see that option in MSI Afterburner. Will look through it again to see if I find the option.

Thanx MachineLearning & Pete, Afterburner worked. Now that I know what I'm looking for, setting is also in Saphire TRIXX.

I remember having to Disable ulps on a Asus P4S8X board, and even use a beta bios, that board made me stay away from Asus up until 2014 with my current FX rig. Funny I didnt have to touch the MSI K7N2 Delta L or DFI LP NF2 UB. Cant wait to build a ThreadRipper DDR5 setup...
