Here is a pic of my cascade that I have bought there was only one person that built these in Australia Kayl he was a West Australian and doesnt have anything to do with overclocking these days so I was happy to be able to lay my hands on one of his units very rarely one of his units will show up on OCAU. In my first run with it the other night I ran a E2140 1.6Ghz dual core in a EP45T-UD3R to which I had already run this CPU in the Rampage Formula on Nitrogen in February so it was a sort of a comparison. I got 3.78Ghz out of it which was nearly exactly the same as it was on Nitrogen I didnt have good enough insulation around the CPU socket and got water around it fairly quick. The temp probe on the evaporator head was showing -105c bios showed -98c I am very happy with that I know it will be slightly less when I get a big CPUs under it but that is what you expect with a 2 stage Cascade. I have ordered a sheet of closed cell foam to make pads to go around the motherboard sockets. In a week or so I will be grinding away with it first cab off the rank will be the 775 Quads then all the duals. Here is a pic of it and evaporator heads made by Kayl.

Good to hear - Seems like it's still full of freon, if that ever needs topping off it can be done. I know some guys like using their own blend of refrigerants when they build them, may or may not be the case with yours.

Thats the one thing that does worry me Rodney one day I may have to get it regassed buggered if I would know whats in it and I would have to find a fridgie who is very smart cascade isnt what your normal fridgie would know a lot about. On the other hand if I take good care of it hopefully it will never have to be regassed it does have a bit of a vibration in it but I think its the condenser fan When I was younger in my 20's I used to work in a high performance machine shop Dynamic balancing was one of the jobs I used to do fans are fairly easy.

As someone that has spent countless HRs scrapping ACs, fridges and other similar items I can tell you that I seen the same AC/compresses use different gas's. I'm sure any good AC tech can charge it if need be.
