DDR3 Ramlist

Hey all,

I noticed that we have a DDR1 & DDR2 thread stickied, but I didn't see a D3 one. Perhaps this changes things

I did not create this. All credit goes to Ronald Goedbloed (Rone), who is credited at the bottom of each list. This is the latest working snapshot I found on archive.org

Also found a newer D2 list by him, as well as a D4 list. I will be posting those shortly in respective threads. Apologies if this is a repost. Thank you

edit: The D4 list is very short, not worth posting at this time.

Look at the suggested voltage for the ADATA, PC3-17066 Extreme Edition v2.0, hope it's a typo.

Mmmmmm.....seems high to me.

I mean it's not uncommon to see 1.9V+ for early performance DDR3 so it's not that odd.

Its probably Micron.
Cant think of the fella's name that owned i4 mem he was Australian it will come to me.
The Rone fella probably has something to do with the wayback machine i4 was definitely dead by 2016.

I went looking for info on the kits, voltage is correct, interesting thing they were triple channel so X58 (3x1 & 3X2 that I looked at). Wonder how many bought some when folks were told 1.65v was the absolute max or dead CPU. I still have some Crucial DDR3 that I bought for X48 rated at 2.0v so thinking Mac is probably right and their Micron, really can't see Hypers that high. AData engineering not on top of their game.

1.96v is the max I give Hypers there are people that recommend more and there are people who wonder why they die.
