Asus P5Q Deluxe - Marvel Controler Issues

Have 2 of these boards and the Marvel Controlers  have failed.

Boards work but hang on the Int controler prompt for 2 mins untill i can enter the bios.

If i wait 2 mins and go into the bios and disable the controler, board works fine on next reboot.

Getting a bit annoying waiting 2 mins tho after failed OC.

Have edited the bios via AMIBCP to Disable the controler at failsafe and first boot. anytime i boot now tho it says cmos settings are incorrect entere bios to change. i go into bios save settings but after reboot acts like cmos has been reset again.

Any ideas how to forcefully disable this IDE controler?

It still thinks it's there , very strange.

Remove the Marvell options from the bios. Have to replace with 0's or the checksum will fail.

How would I do that. Have the options to set some options but not 0
