I will be building a Ryzen 5000 series CPU or APU based system for someone.
I was wondering if there are any regedit/gpedit.msc tweaks to make 10 function fully like W7 on its UI (Full control panel access without "settings") and a GUI appearance changer that doesn't require an additional service.
It be nice to make it appear like W7 Full Aero or XP Royal Blue Theme (Energy Bliss).
I have a script that has disabled auto updates on a notebook that only had a 32gb ssd in it (fucking potato zenbook).
Ive heard that APUs don't work on 7 but I do have a XFX R7 250X.

Don't know about tweaking to get a more Win7 UI but I do know that the APUs do not have Windows 7 drivers for the iGPU. Also there is probably a bit of mucking around to get all the USB3 ports working.

With the amount of trouble W10 has had with bugs I'd rather Run 7. I dislike how they forced changes where a basic component has been working since Windows NT 3.11/95 (Control Panel) to "settings (fucking lame) and a fugly GUI (boring) I did find a thread where someone was kind enough to make latest AMD chipset drivers fully work on W7. Since I have the R7 250X and the APUs are limited by PCIE bus speed, I may just get a CPU. I cannot wait for Ryzen 6000 due to existing rig being an Old Dell Optiplex with a 478 P4 with XP.(Dinosaur)

W11 doesn't seem so bad. Of course it's just about completely different and re-arranged and so forth.
The never to have had happened operating system cause 10 was the last to ever be released.
Its all lies man.
