Hello! I've decided to make some binning of my DDR1 supplies and started to pick up a setup. So I've taken the A8N-SLI deluxe (did a flash with Prem BIOS, works but gained nothing), 3200+ E6 Venice. The problem is, the most I could do on TCCD was 305MHz (DDR610) on 2.5-4-4-8 2T and up to 268-269MHz with a 1GB stick. The CPU is checked to work much higher (goes about 2600+ MHz), I run it on 8x so it's 2160 and 2400MHz tops. The board can go up to 345 with lower mem divider so it's not limiting too.
Maybe some subtimings worth checking or try another CPU? Or is it that this board just can't do better? I really would like to keep my DFI boards from tampering with dozens of unchecked RAM sticks hence the Asus. Although, I can check several of them if you insist.
Any good ideas?

I'd try a different CPU, chances are the IMC isn't strong enough to go higher. I've seen alot of difference between CPU's before with the board itself being capable.

Ddr. Found socket A runs tighter timings. Can do 2-0-0-5. S939 memory controller seems to like looser timings on the same kit.
Try different processors, maybe even paltforms.

3400, 3500, or 3800 Venice core. IMC likes it warm. Run it hot. Stock HS with no fan is fine. 1.4v vcore. Try to use a multi that keeps you at stock speed or slightly under. Use the +250 divider on mem. Most TCCD should do 400 (ddr800) @ 3-x-x timings @ 3.0v.
