Go for it. I enjoy reading how you destroy all the boards you get!!! Huh? I was just wondering if its a good buy or not, i mean it is a rare board Doesnt even have socketed bios nor an spi header so i dont think i can crossflash if theres even any point in that on a basically top end board im mostly just focusing on the buisness side now just making some $ out of buying repairing and flipping hardware, but x58 prices have just completely tanked so i doubt this classified will be profitable if i do sell it If anyone is for some reason interested in a classified then heres a cheap one

^^^^^^^^^^^
Mate, you are in one of the best HW forums in the world.
You have posted 17 pages of garbage, pure stinky shit.
Have some basic shame and go away.

And many more benchmarks. All, as a matter of fact. At least other forums are not abandoned, looking like the Sahara desert, with two main topics - This and pre-historic hw. Is it 6 or 7 members visiting here ? In case anyone is wondering which are the main reasons of demotivation. Well, at least one of them. Yeah, at least or more than half of all forums have been abandoned.. Competitive overclocking is a sport of very few people and less and less every year. But I don't think Warp9 systems forum is to blame for that. Im running pimod 32m on a 2700+ at 2.450ghz. Because that's what I want to do. Nobody wants to spend thousands of dollars to make points at a site that's been loosing participants regularly for years and years. Most people spend the money to be entertained by playing photo realistic video games instead... Regular contact by people who have the same hobby helps stay motivated; sadly, most of the time these people are just those who want to play those vidya games instead of be interested in the hobby. That's fine, I've personally been pretty busy lately for example with limited capacity for example. I just think people should be honest and realistic about what they are intending to do. Good example is I like teamcup and cheapaz comps (if we see it again), they give me clear motivation to bench something. The increasing cost of hardware has been a growing concern in this community it feels like as well. Everything I do on a computer runs fine on anything 22nm arch or better, so anything last few gens runs fine on stock coolers with no overclocks even. The hobby has become commercialized unfortunately.

He's been informed a lot in this thread, and contradictory to the help the outcome is always the same. I've even offered to send him hardware to VASTLY IMPROVE his cooling situation but he doesn't want it. No cost mind you, he's not the first person I've given hardware to. I'm a big advocate to this hobby and so is everyone else giving good information advice, and a point in the proper direction. Where else will he go where the consensus of information located in a single site is vast and all the answers are the same from everyone. Accuracy, young man is in the right place, all the heart is there, but the understanding is a little lacking. Be it seems the rubbish continues, I'm only left wondering if this individual, whoms name I not yet know (we all know each other for the most part by first names in our home site...) is doing any actual learning and applying it to the real world. But imagine, I sent him a waterblock and maybe a dual socket 478 board to play with. Some memory, a cpu. I'm afraid he'd brick it crossflashing and then burn a VRM or two and totally botch the repair because he has a lack of tooling to do it properly. He just needs to save and buy some GOOD WORKING hardware, come here ask what he can and can't do, get the answers and do something with it. If any of this makes sense.....??

If any of this makes sense.....??
Yes, it does. And that is why I was so brutal.
The guy came here to take advantage of the enormous help provided by many Team mates in order to learn how to repair broken HW and resell it for profit.
This community has never declined help to anyone.
I, for example have been constantly providing help and knowledge for 12 years now. Despite the fact that the help I have received is almost non existent, I sincerely do not mind AT ALL.
But trying to make $$$ on the back of the good heart of members is simply not acceptable.

I offered up some hardware too, just some ram but I don’t think he was interested.

Despite the fact that the help I have received is almost non existent, I sincerely do not mind AT ALL. But trying to make $$$ on the back of the good heart of members is simply not acceptable. I get you on this George, it's one thing to ask for help with our hobby and to use it wisely, that is for the purpose it was given for but it's another to exploit our help for profit. Which, to be fair can be done by anyone at any time for whatever purpose after the advice has been given. However I too have issue with what seems to be such blatant disregard for it in the way it's given as in for the purpose it's given for. We're giving advice to help the guy with his overclocks and hardware in general, this guy is taking it and literally using it to make $$ with without any application of it towards the hobby itself that I can tell. I can relate in that for one, I don't like crypto at all and I will never give advice towards that end and I don't care if it's a hardware or software issue. If the subject machine is being used for crypto, don't ask me as far as I'm concerned because I will not give an answer. It's just helping to fuel greed and I refuse to be part of it, at least directly or knowingly. I know some will simply ask a question but not mention what or why the question is being asked for and we normally don't ask that of them, they ask, we answer and that's good enough. I believe the OP is from Indonesia and that may be part of it, due to things being lost in translation and if so that's expected but I'm like George with this. I'm not gonna assist in profiteering adventures for the sake of profit alone, which BTW this guy seems to be buying good boards and trying to do things that will ultimately destroy them inspite of our advice not to; It's destroyed, then they get another and the same thing continues with the same results regardless of what we say. I don't mind giving advice to someone if the recipient will actually use for the answer's intended purpose it but I won't give it to the proverbial brickwall - That's just a waste of my time and effort. And with that, I will no longer be doing so here.

Rodney,
It is trully very sad when the " non-trust virus " spreads. It is alarming too. If you start suspecting once, then the mind automatically starts seeing gray areas.
It is by no coincidence that I decided to withdraw.
Purity is gone and most part of honesty.
It was nice for 12 years though. Some great friendships have been built here.

Can't blame you George, you do what's right for you and be done with it - I have to. You'll always be one of my friends, one that I do trust for what I need to hear, not what I'd want to hear.
There is a difference.

You ain't going anywhere because we need to improve G6900 y-crncher scores with Shrimpy. But not here in public though. Want to attempt to get faster than 80 seconds and these scores bring lots of Team globals. BUT I feel it's topped out on air cooling though.

I am interested in the hobby but really at this point in time i really just dont have time, end of semester exams are 2 weeks away and the senior high school im targetting will have its test later at the 5th of febuary so till then i have to study
What i can do in the background is just make some money, buy some half working boards, dunk em in water, resell for profit if or if not working. Really doesnt take much time, random shutdown issues? Dunk in water, 00 no post? Spray the damn socket with IPA
Particularly interested in ocing the balls off crappy 775 boards but dont got the time to learn about electronics right now and dont got the equipment cause no money, no soldering station, no hot air tool, nothing to actually execute these mods, just a shitty generic iron with some solder wire and solder paste. I also expressed interest in screwing around with swapping northbridges (and potentially southbridges) again because its funny to oc the balls off shit boards, guess what? No god damn stencils nor bga rework station cause no money. Then theres the hardware offers, good rams and wbs, guess what again? No god damn money to buy the hardware to actually use them and run at their full potential cause gods sake best i got is x58 and that wont do >2200, oh and the shuttle board is shit at overclocking too and dont support the hexa core westmeres, and also no time atleast till the 5th of febuary
Im not meaning to exploit you guys for money but like thats literally the only thing i can do right now, go buy some half working boards dunk in water and resell for profit so when i do get the time i can actually buy the hardware needed for the hobby and when school shenanigans is done i can put more time into the hobby and try out some whacky oc experiments. Why the hell would i bother making such tiny amounts of cash if it wasnt for buying hardware? This miniscule income definitely wouldnt get me to even a used heavily depreciated flagship like the 10t pro at ~260$, and if i used it just to go buy snacks itd still run out pretty fast, its miniscule profit in adult money terms even here in indo. Atleast the hardware i need to buy or build shouldnt be anywhere near even a cheap depreciated flagship phone but its not really that affordable just yet although i am getting there
Also my english is not shit like youd usually expect since i went to international schools or schools that spoke english back in preschool, and even at my elementary school english was definitely used alot in conversations but usually among friends, the teachers were pretty bad at english actually, i corrected them so much in english lessons that my parents asked me to stop being a grammar police, but i was a douche in elementary, not anymore for the most part
Also that classified has not sold even at 47$ so that already tells me x58 is pretty much worthless nowadays so found the answer to that. if anyones interested in this thingy just send 47$ over or whatever i can haggle down to (40$ should be possible), though shippings gonna be a whole other deal

There's really nothing more we could suggest young man.
We have been trying to help. It seems impossible.
