Multimeter sitting on floor, can see it through the fan on the motherboard tray. Maybe take the heat sinks off. The sticky tape is counter productive IMO. Fan the memory while it's naked and see if you get better results.

Was done for a comp on another site, don't remember how I did overall. Did achieve the highest core clock for the comp as I remember. Added: Sinks are attached using Artic Silver Adhesive
