Was having a look through all my memory kits can't find much good info on Google regarding what IC's are being used. So going to post my list here incase some one knows anything. DDR2

If you happen to find any DDR2 that's rated for either 2.2 or 2.3v's, chances are those are D9 sticks. It's especially true with Crucial sticks since Crucial owns the maker of D9 IC's (Micron) and certainly uses them in their stuff.

My CL 7s DDR3 XMS3s are PSC Powerchip never heard of this brand are they any good?
1st kit of Gskills are Micron/SpecTek 2nd kit of Gskills are Hynix 1400/2400/3400 3rd kir of Gskills are Qimonda/Aeneon currently have them on my X58 board doing 1680mhz 1.56v CL9-9-9-24 132 1T. Not sure if i can run them at CL8

PSC is good ram. Consider them poor man's Hypers. They will run CAS6 for a good distance with some extra voltage. 7-8-7-x, 6-8-6-x, or 6-7-6-x are all good tight timings to try.

they are a 2x2gb kit but i dont care since i prefer clocks and performace over capacity

All of my PSC is 2 gig sticks. AMD likes them tight @ 1600-1866. Intel likes them looser and faster. 7-11-7-x, I can get 2200 pretty easily.

6-9-6-20 2T 1.85V 2000Mhz
6-10-6-20 2T 1.8V 2000Mhz
6-7-6-20 2T 1.775v 1600Mhz oh and 1.425v IMC Core i5 760 Attachments:

Did some more testing at stock 1.65v
2000mhz CL7-10-7-24 2T - PASS 1600mhz CL6-8-6-20 1T - PASS
