One of the power supplies of our "desktop PCs" quit yesterday, late evening, and triggered the room fuse with it. Was already looking around for a replacement PSU, but it got us first This PSU endured a long time, but a PSU tripping the room fuse was a 1st at this house. Will need to find some reliable replacement of this PSU. Now a standby cheap PSU in place. Budget is under $100. The GPU is an RX570. Let me know your suggestion for a good PSU that will safely last a while.

Any Seasonic or EVGA PSU between 500 and 650w will do you.

I'm a long time user and lover of EVGA PSU's. They have a 10 year warranty. Just be sure to register it.
Corsair also have good PSU's but you have to pick the right series. I have an HX series in my server that's been going since 2012...

I have one of EVGA's 750w units in my HTPC since 2017. I think it's only bronze rated, but haven't had any issues. It's on a lot because it's in the family room where all the gamer kids are lol. Decent units.

The EVGA PSUs in stock over here all seem be over $100. The Seasonics 500-650W are available but due to Covid do not want to shop around and mail order for a PSU is not my thing. Felt we needed something right away. Anyway, skimped out and got an Enermax Maxpro II 600W which I could just pick up nearby. Price/performance seemed to be spot on. This is the improved model of maxpro, specific for EU market(230V/50Hz).
Japan made capacitors and all new safeguards included. The previous Chieftec 500W lasted 10 years before it quit.

Nothing wrong with Enermax. Happy you found something reasonable.
