Been playing a few games lately, basically Fallout 4 & Skyrim nothing real new but some of my favorites so gave Horizon Zero Dawn a go. Overall much impressed even though I don't like 3rd person games. Judging from the reviews got some PC port problems but personally not having problems after about 4 hours of playing on the hardware I'm using. Game has a built in bench that I tested at game default for my hardware and at the highest preset for 1080, which are shown below. I'll do some 2K results in the next couple of weeks but 4K ain't going to happen. If I was 20 again I might be interested in better sound and video but at my age you reach a point where you're not one of the 5 or 10 percent that actually notice it. Although we can argue the last statement. Default settings applied by the game. Max 1080

I've never played this one. But most ports have glitches you'd see if you played it on console first, but most of the time unnoticeable.
Is the benchmark fairly accurate? Meaning about the same score every time you run it at the same settings?

I'll have to look it up... 3rd person games have come a long way.. I used to just hate them... but then Sniper 3 and then 4 got me in the realm of it being OK.. not I'm in Division 2 pretty hard...

I kinda like the bench, was a little difference between first and second runs but not a big change in score, min FPS was the biggest change as I noticed.

I've got Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition. When you first install it the game auto optimizes. The only thing I changed was vsync from on to off. I have my graphics settings in NCP. Gsync.

Tuning a little bit. Gained more performance by setting power option in windows 10 from balanced to performance and turning on boost lock in precision x1. Game likes consistency much better.

I'm experiencing a lot of issues with this game. Audio issues, lagging, stuttering, frames dropping. I have even had a couple blue screens with it. This game ain't ready for prime time.
