I figured as much. What's your thoughts if I where to ask so humble sir. How would this come about onto a cpu-z and windows, even displayed in bios, swapped from 2 boards. Would the Cpu code perhaps be corrupted? Or would there be some human intervention?

maybe some damage and a bit flip in the cpu id register of the silicon maybe? 4 turned into a 5 (bin 0100 to bin 0101)

You would have to say the chip is someway corrupted if you look up Lenovo Y430P they come with a Haswell I5-4210M.
