I was surprised to see that SOYO branded motherboards still are made? Thought they disappeared a few years ago. I now see that the brand still exist in China.

There's a lot of China boards you don't typically see (at least here in the states) and I sometimes curious if they are decent.

Soyo didn't used to be Chinese. The were originally a US company. Then they went to Taiwan. Then bankrupted and China bought them. I have a couple Soyo boards from around 2000.

Got one myself, good board overall even if they were only VIA chipped at the time and some did come with a ton of features - Mine did. Plus the manual for it is a literal book, not some "Pamphlet" like many are.
