I have kit of 2x2GB DDR3 1333MHz Kingston valueram, 1.5V. Seem to go 1600MHz at stock voltage. IYE, how much voltage can one dare to give it without frying it? Aiming to go 1866MHz.
EDIT: Found this article

Do you know what ic it is? D9's for instance can take a lot more voltage than something like psc on ambient

Judging by the p/n in cpu-z it's probably Elpida but nothing great. Might be able to do 1866 C9 @ 1.65V or maybe not.

Made a quick test with 1.65V, but CAS defaulted to 6 via autosetting. Came up, but in single channel. May need to manually tune timings. The Auto setting interestingly does relax the other timing settings when upping the DDR frequency but not the CAS.

Another test, now 4.5GHz, and RAM 1866MHz. I have no clue if the RAM is set up optimally? How does this AOD bench compare to a similar system?

Timings are a little loose. 1.65-1.7v is fine. Try 9-9-9-24

With regards to the ram you've probably got it in adjacent slots instead of 1+3 and 2+4 etc just double check again which slots it needs to be in for dual channel memory. Also to help with voltages and timings have you got a picture of the ram so that we can determine the IC on it and give you a profile for voltages and timings

Only two RAM slots on this board (GA78-LMT-S2P v 5.x). When timings are wrong/too tight vs voltage, it seem to default to single channel, sometimes POST show both stick detected, sometimes only one. As it is now, it runs just fine.
No picture, here some spec :
