Seems the Guru3D links are to the WDM version

The best I can do here is the 10.2 legacy dirvers (10-2_legacy_vista32-64_dd_ccc.exe and 10-2_legacy_xp32-64_dd_ccc.exe). Otherwise I have 11.2. 11.4 11.8, 11.10, 12.1, 12.10 for vista/win7 and 11.11 for xp32.

I have a box for a 4870 here and the driver that it shipped with is 8.12. and WHQL is just a qualified driver that is no longer a beta.
