Running a 1035T I can't set anything higher than 13, guessing default but a person running LN2 is using a 14.5 and the board I'm using isn't liking anything over 330 on the FSB so a higher multi might help.

1035T is multi locked. x13 is as high as you get.
Link to the sub with x14.5 please, because it's a bullshit sub.

You want to look for AsRock or Gigabyte 890 chipset and probably an early bios revision. Should get you to 15.5 multi, I've never seen one higher than that though.
edit: yes the 890 chipset had some slight advantages over the 990s....

Have you tried K10stat to try and bump the multi up in the OS? Multi's past 13x are turbo, maybe try enabling turbo core in the bios.

Turbo IS x15.5 for that processor, but only for up to 3 cores. I suppose it's possible, but if it was, I would think you would see more subs using it.

I didn't see anything in BIOS mentioning a possible turbo increase that stood out, board is an 890 but I might of stuck the latest BIOS on it the first time I used it although I never intended to use an AM3+ on it so I might not of, have to check.
I'll play around a little and see tomorrow morning, thanks for the replies.
Thanks Vin, I do like WP

Not sure how it was accomplished however dr4g00n probably has a darn good lead. There was another program for Llano that was similar to K10-stat that let you change power states on the fly. May require a tad research. Edit: yes memory... Turion power control...

The 15.5 subs were pulled so I guess it answers that question.

The 15.5 subs were pulled so I guess it answers that question. That's because I reported them all. Tried turbo on my 890 board and couldn't make it stick on all cores, or CPUz. That tells me those subs are bunk. Turbo core on AMD doesn't work the same as on Intel. Somebody's gonna have to prove it before the subs are re-instated. IMO, those subs are being done on an unlockable processor and CPUz is misidentifying them.

Found the turbo function in BIOS, head slap moment 1, tried turning all but two cores off lost turbo function as far as I could tell by what the SP run was saying. Only tried two & six cores. I agree with your statement I could see an early CPUz maybe only picking up the turbo multi fine for CPU freq but one of the subs was WP so all six would generally be used.
Got the board freq figured out RAM didn't like cas 6 on the strap I was using and was getting unstable around 330, head slap moment 2.

For 1000-1100mhz DDR3, 9-10-9-27-36 2T works pretty good. Bus intervals of 200 225 250 275 300 ect. If you can get better timings at these speeds, that's a good thing.

Dominator GT 7.1 are PSC 2.1 are Hypers I dont worry about the other IC's they come with there usually shit. My Hypers do 6-6-6-18-1T @ 930 higher I have to start loosening a touch. My PSC will do 6-9-7-24 1T @ 1100 easily or they will do 8-12-8-28-1T @ 2666 in Haswell.

They where not GT sticks. 1100Mhz daily at 9-10-9-27-36 2T super stable. Not benching.
Benching The Redlines where doing cas 5 at 900mhz though. (pretty sure I showed that off at classic platforms)

Pat Vipers (Hypers), AMD they get flaky around 850 6-6-6- and 950 7-7-7- @ 1.75v. never tried for anything over 1000. X58 7-7-7- up to around 1050 on a good day same volts

You should be ok to run 1.8v without chilling Ales. That Cas 5 was something in the ballpark of 5-11-10 or some crazy figure like that. The IMC hated Cas 6 with any experience I had with DDr3 and AMD

That 850 cas 6 statement above is a little misleading and based more so on the cpus I've been playing with recently as well as a new to me MB. Given a good IMC 880 cas 6 is not uncommon using a 990 chipset and might even find something around 900 if I looked hard enough. They have been used a lot so 1.72 originally has became 1.75-6v and the board I'm using now looks like it overvolting a bit to 1.77. I'm not adverse to bigger volts just seldom use them grinding unless I'm trying to do something with memory.

It's not misleading, we all know it can be done. You're doing very good. Better than me for sure!

Ale, Im looking at a 955 fs at another forum. If its still for sale, itll be heading to your house. Edit: The deal is done. The processor will be on it's way to your house soon.
Usually 955 chips clock pretty good. You will enjoy overclocking it I think.
