Hit the program button while thinking "Yes, I would like to set these values" when flopping between atiflash and RBE... I did find the bios chip on this card and tried shorting pin 1 and 8, and got a flashing red led on my PCI-E 16X check light and board refused to post past that while installed. Previous it would just not detect before shorting these pins, so that's something? Can boot with IGPU without pin 1 and 8 bridged.

Ah I just won CheapasChips with a 5450. hwbot.org/submission/4166025I was using lenovo oem cards made by MSI the 7350 is the exact same card with 100mhz faster memory. I was using atiflash to flash the cards in Dos from a USB flashdrive you should be able to boot to the IGPU and flash the card without shorting the pins the command is atiflash -p 0 biosname.rom Have it in the first slot that is what the zero is for. You might have to use the -f as well atiflash -p -f 0 biosname.rom To force the flash onto it.

Update on this, I'm able to read the chip,Erase the chip, and load rom data into my ch341 program. I'm unable to flash data onto my chip however. Not sure why.

Could be an extra step involved like it is with an Apex board to accept the flash. I dunno, maybe one of the others here can tell you.
Did note you've tried something like that already, someone out there knows what to do such as exactly which legs to short together.

What is it you are trying to do?
Get pics of card white stickers on back of card and on side of heatsink. Take heatsink off and get pics of all ram chips and a close up of one.
I can assist you on restoring the card

When you get into windows, disconnect the bridged 1 and 8 pins and check to see if atiflash -i then reflash the card. edit: Oh you can try using another video card instead if iGPU and set that as primary to eliminate the board trying to post iGPU while GPU populates the first PCI-E slot.

I spoke to him just yesterday, he's still around but hangs out alot on discord too and that's where he's been as of late. Pops into my server sometimes and that's where I see him at when I do most of the time.

Well, I never got it working - pretty sure I either burned up the chip with my big ugly soldering iron, or I caused harm to elsewhere on the card.
