Nice list Jon Basically most of their boards have support.

Most of them yes, I have two of three boards on the list. A320 chipset is not supported as shown above. NP.
I have the B450M-A and the ROG Strix B450-I. I am waiting in the cpu support lists on Asus's site to be updated before making a decision on a purchase.
Would like at least to run a 3900 (non X) on one of the two boards I have. That would be a killer easy no brainer upgrade.
EDIT/UPDATE::
I've also been reading the X570 chipsets are a bit more power hungry which will throw some people off when they meter at the wall for consumption. Ah yes the time for water cooling motherboards has returned!! lol. Awesome.

X470 = 5W chipset.
X570 = 15W chipset.
12c24T - bandwidth requirements. DDR4 Bottle neck eliminations.
Physically larger? - Haven't seen any naked comparisons, but haven't looked for either.

I might bite on a new chip during the Christmas Holidays. By then I'm hoping for prices to stabilize and bios's to be matured for the new chips. I have two killer motherboards already so I'm set to go....plus I've got good B-die in house. I'm in no hurry as I've got two strong setups right now. But I am excited to see AMD back in the game........BIG TIME.

Not in a hurry here either. But will get a lower end chip sooner than a top tier. Not that I need it....

I'm all set here except I really wanted a bigger chip than a 3600X BUT that's how it goes, the 3600X will do. Already spent the funds I had for it, not buying another chip even though the 3700 and 3800's were back in stock earlier today.
Between the board I ordered and what I have now I'm set anyway on that part of it, enough DDR4 here too.

ATM I'll have to get a block that works with AM4 or create a mounting system for what I've got. Will will have to see the difference between it (AM4) and the way my current blocks mount up. If I have to I'll get a block that works.

Ah yes the time for water cooling motherboards has returned!! lol. Awesome. There's Ryzen 5 3600, all the rest are X labeled:
Ryzen 5 3600 Cores/Threads – 6/12 Base Clock/PB2 Clock – 3.6/4.2 TDP – 65W Price $199
Ryzen 5 3600X Cores/Threads – 6/12 Base Clock/PB2 Clock – 3.8/4.4 TDP – 95W Price – $249
Ryzen 7 3700X Cores/Threads – 8/16 Base Clock/PB2 Clock – 3.6/4.4 TDP – 36W Price – $329
Ryzen 7 3800X Cores/Threads – 8/16 Base Clock/PB2 Clock – 3.9/4.5 TDP – 105W Price – $399
Ryzen 9 3900X Cores/Threads – 12/24 Base Clock/PB2 Clock – 3.8/4.6 TDP – 105W Price – $499
Ryzen 9 3950X Cores/Threads – 16/32 Base Clock/PB2 Clock – 3.5/4.7 TDP – 105W Price – $749
I'm interested to see what the 3800X brings over the 3700X. Also would aim for 3950X over the 3900X, which is going to be few months wait.

Was under the impression (from previous rumors) that there would be a 3900 (non X) version.... at some point. If not, no matter.
Thank you for that list too. I'm going to wait this out for a bit, see if the prices go down in the next 6 months.
2700X is way more than enough for me. I just want to do some more de-lidding. Even though I've seen de-lids already, still would like to do it for myself. Would do earlier, but alas I'm not a reviewer to have chips before release. Some day would very much like to review hardware, but by that time we'll be far beyond the current tech we are familiar with today lol.

2700X is way more than enough for me. Me too Jon. My 2700X rig is still evolving. Just went EVGA GTX 1070 FTW2 SLI and I have a Dark Rock Pro 4 on the way and a new XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB boot drive on the way. I have never had more fun in my life with a rig. I don't know whether to shit or go blind. ROFLMAO.

Nice Eddie. Much Envy. I've finally upgraded from GTX 770 to a GTX 980(150 bucks). I went from COD BO4 Medium settings at 30 fps and now can run max at 60fps. 1080P gaming, but I'm not complaining. I got the Asus Strix so it comes with a factory OC. Card runs cool too. Very happy . Now to put the 770 back into the HTPC and gonna send Scott his 6950 back (at some point lol) so he can bench it on his Intel X58 which should get him some decent scores.(Not sure if he's benched it yet...)

It is yours. I think I have a couple runs on it on Z170. To be perfectly honest, really can't stand benching the AMD cards since they bought up ATI. More of a Green team type guy.

OK, fine either way. I'll hold onto it for when I have an Intel setup worthy of benching the card. Honestly I feel the same way about AMD/ATI cards but with a little extra reasoning behind it. I like NVidia for the hardware Physx rendering. Been a fan even before NV bought out Ageia Physx. The game Cell Factor was so far ahead of it's time. Super cool to actually take the time to set up a rig with a PCI slot and Ageia card. That game will bog down on even todays processors, but at least you can get decent frame rates now lol...

I am an Nvidia guy now ever since Scottie turned me on to them. EVGA being my favorites. My 1070 FTW2's are shweet. I've always preferred nVidia, ATI/Radeon has done some things better in the past and had some great GPU's. But nVidia overall has been better in most ways, esp with driver roll-outs.
I do hope AMD start really competing on the GPU front as they are with CPU's. it would be nice to get some friendly competition going again. on the High market.
So Zilla, how is the SLI scaling going on that? what games do you play and do they support SLI or do you have to force it on?

So far, Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is what I got them for. Silky smooth and powerful. 2560x1080 144Hz...……..killin' it.

Been doing some reading between your 1070 and my 980, it spanks the pants off my card lol. Can only imagine the pure awesome gaming experience you're having with those newer cards. Figure in a couple of years I'll upgrade to 1080 perhaps a 2070.... depends on the pricing. Have you played any games that utilize hardware Physx?? If so, how was it from software to hardware comparison? Was there more particles running with hardware physx? Did the particle system seem to be more realistic with hardware physx enabled? Is running dual cards making the NB run any warmer? (haven't run SLI/XFire in years, just curious.)

Update OP with MSI and Gigabyte support for Ryzen 3000 series processors today also.
If you have a board that supports Ryzen 3000 that is not on the list, please let me know and it will be added promptly.
Thanks.

Crosshair VI and Zen2 owners, the new 7501 offi ABBA bios is awesome ! Unexpected improvements everywhere ! Better clocks, better mem performance, it's better even with fixed clocks/voltage setup ! My chip is a sillicon lottery looser lol, can't really do higher clocks but voltage what needed for 4.200 Mhz is decreased from 1,37V to 1,33V ! And what is really mentionable, now I can do 3733C16 as a 24/7 setup rock solid, it was 3600c16 earlier. Here is some test screens @ 4200Mhz cpu and 3800C16 mem, 1:1 If.
