Got the card today put it in the slot turned it on artifacts galore but made windows, driver loads restart not a problem artifacts gone, change the monitor resolution rearrange the icons restart pops right up. Bring up GPUz core 350 over 350, memory 1000 over 500, thinking its a glitch pull up the card on the Bot most are running memory in the mid 600s for 45 GB/s GPUz is showing 63 GB/s. Run the first test from 3DM01 no problem, turn off 1 and click the remaining tests finishes. Open RT go to set fan speed all ready set at max, adjust a few things in RT start 01 makes first 3 hangs haven't been able to make windows again except safe mode. So need to flash the card but can't find the EVGA BIOS only an XFX with the same version # is this going to be a problem? Added: Pulled the card to look for signs of hard modifications not even screw driver marks on the screw heads, gave it another try.

Thanks have that one, when I opened the file has a txt file says the BIOS 5.40.02.15.01 and not 02. The 01 when I look it up goes to an AGP card. Sticker on the back of the card shows version 5.40.02.36.08 but that shows up with an XFX PCIe card but has different outputs than the EVGA? Card will make a run of 3DM01 if it's from a cold start.

Looking up TPU Bios data base Brad? The bios on the card in your GPUz tab TPU says its a MSI AGP card I cant see your bios card there at all. My card is a BFG Tech and it has the bios number 5.40.02.36.10 it has 2 DVI ports and a round component video out port. Also standard clocks for my card are 370/500. I could set it up and get the bios off it if you want to try it. Or try one of the ones from TPU there is only 3 PCIe bioses for them one Leadtek and 2 Asus. Its PCIe so its easy to flash it back if it fails just put a ATI card in the first slot connected to the monitor and put it in the second slot and flash it as you normally would.
The joys of buying old hardware you never know what the clowns before you have done to them.

It's not worth the time, after TC might get around to it.
