Mitch Mitchel with Jimi Hendrix Drum solo. One of the greatest drummers of all time IMO> He complements Jimi's guitar 110%.

Only someone that was among the best could have played alongside Hendrix, no doubt about it.
John Bonham (Bonzo) of Led Zeppelin is another that was well known for his drum work and Neil Pert, formerly of Rush is yet another that stands out. I agree, Mitch Mitchel didn't get his due because of being in the shadow of Hendrix, it's unfortunate but it happens.
Speaking of Bonzo: You'll note Bonzo in comparision to Mitchel did alot of footwork vs Mitchel's work with the sticks up high, a different style but one isn't any less relevant than the other.

Just got a new soundcard in for my rig and things sound great now! Had been using the onboard audio but finally decided it was time to ditch the onboard and go with a real sound setup. One thing that prompted me to grab a soundcard was I couldn't find my old one and it was several years old to boot, as in 10 years or more. Bit the bullet and grabbed one of these: www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102048 and scored it for $55 shipped from fleabay, seller said they bought it new, had it for about a week and figured they really didn't need it so they let it go cheap. I'm glad I got it because there's nothing like good audio for enjoying music.

Yes it is. Already have a good set of headphones (Skullcandy) and had also grabbed a replacement cord with gold plated ends so it's all good. Thing to remember is if and when you get a card like this to first TURN DOWN the audio from where you have it before installation - This thing can blow your ears off if you don't!
Everything is so clear and I'm hearing things I've never noticed in songs before with it - Well worth grabbing one if you can. If you're lucky as I was you can find a good one on fleabay rather cheap too.

Da Boyz..............The Stones and The Beatles were great friends and you would very often find one in the audience watching the others perform. Or they would just wind up on stage together someplace if they happened to be in the same town. Awesome. We just don't see the likes of this with the new so called performers.
