I'm sorry but I do not share the same opinion. Large score changes have been implemented on other benches before this one. CB R15 and XTU for example. Nobody balked at those. . X265 also from ver 1.2 to 2 huge gains in scores.

Don't remember CB R15 (only have 1 version on my thumb) and really don't do XTU but on occasion (do have more than a few on the thumb). Generally speaking no different than subing older VGAs on new platforms I guess. I won't express further opinion, still don't like it benches should remain the same.

Brad, I understand. I don't like it either, but trying to get HWB to remain consistent in how they do things.

Consistency has always been a problem over there. I guess lack of consistency IS the only thing consistent at the bot, look at all the revisions of it combined with this issue as an example.... No wonder the bot is such a mess now. As long as the bot keeps running it's catering service it's gonna continue until the bot is in over it's head in it.... And you guys know who's really responsible for the state of affairs there looking at it from a past tense view, those things from the past leading up to the current mess. As for the rest I dunno but trying to make sense of it all is just giving me one helluva headache so I'm not gonna worry about it so much, just deal and move on as always.

3.3 is now discontinued.
3.2 is the accepted version.

3.3 is now discontinued. 3.2 is the accepted version. You mean the version that was just released, is already trashed? Is it still good for the OCN comp? I haven't been able to keep up on my mobile. Vin

Yes. 3.3 is not HWB acceptable, but you can still use it in the OCN comp.

3.3 is now discontinued. 3.2 is the accepted version. What did they find wrong with it? Totally recoded algorithm produces 30% speed increase across the board. Basically, all previous subs using the old version will be laid to waste. Stock air subs are beating 7 gig LN2 subs.

Its 30% faster than the earlier versions so it negates all the old subs New subs on water are faster than old subs on Nitrogen. Edit: We both post together yet again.

Stock air subs are beating 7 gig LN2 subs. Odd how when their benches do it, it's okay, but if someone else's does it's pulled and banned almost immediately... (okay, the boost to the video one wasn't that much, but it was still a huge boost when they went to one of the newer versions..)

For those interested, I could not start gpupi3.2 on socket 754, there was an error.I solved the problem by replacing the file hwinfo with that of version 3.1.Anyway the two versions do the same time.

I have yet to get HWinfo to work on anything I've run. Have no idea why.

I don't know myself, I just uncheck the box and run it. sburnolo: I been watching you work it with the Albany - I'll have to see if mine still has more in it or not but regardless, good job with those runs!

HWinfo worked without a hitch with Ryzen / 1080Ti and FX / Fury, R9-390X and that was with 3.1 from memory.
You cant save a submission file if HWinfo dont work either.

Just a quick test. This motherboard apart from the dfi is not bad.Only the high voltage to the ram is missing. Even the maximum settable VCore is less than DFI but better than other MB.

If you're getting 1.85v's to the chip that's about optimum under most conditions except for sub-zero and these chips tend to bug out when frozen as you already know. I noted with most of mine once I get past 1.8v's it doesn't help much and just makes the chip run hotter too. However as long as you can get more while keeping temps under control that's good, it's not like I haven't done it before myself. It's been awhile but I recall having a Newcastle that acts like an S&M freak - The more I flog it with voltage the happier it is.

Ah ok,yes my sempron albany is maybe a lucky chip. The mb with this cpu does not allow me more than 1.6V.I do not know if it could do better with more voltage.

Probrably would but as long as you're getting the speed there's no need for it, at least with that chip.
I believe you've got a chip that's good like my Opty 165 is, maybe not to that extreme but good nevertheless.

So I understand 3.3 and 3.2 are now separate categories on the bot. But now most top scores from 3.2 are subs with version 3.3 and stand there for months without getting flagged. Is 3.3 now allowed for subs in the 'normal' category?
Seems like many are confused about this.

No. They are separate. If you see some in the wrong category report them. Mods will not search for errors. Only way to get it fixed is report them.

Good to know, I don't blame mods as its pretty much impossible to re-check EVERY submission for plausibility on a regular basis but I wanted to be sure.
I already reported 5 of those on just the RTX 2080 Super and 2060 and had another one pop up today. I was starting to question myself if maybe I missed something and its actually allowed.
