what are you asking Vinster I can use one of them for mining Both are Sapphire cards, one is a reference and the other is a Tri-X triple fan. The reference I was going to ask $225CAD and the Tri-X I was going to ask $300CAD. It's what they are going for locally up here in the buy'n'sell. I still have the boxes (and I believe the original accessories) but I don't know if I want to do the whole shipping thing though. Really still haven't decided if I will sell them, I know I should though... I was maybe thinking of putting the reference 290x in my home server / HTPC and that would free up the GTX580 I have in there, so then I'd have a the 290x Tri-X and a GTX580 for a benching setup. But if I sell them, I know now is the time as that new currency can still use GPU's to mine and not have to go full ASIC. Vin

It's not stupid to pamper yourself once and a while. Enjoy that card Vin. I will.. should be good gaming on a 1440 monitor for the next 5 years... I game a bit, but COD:WWII is the first game that I've bought in 4-5 years. before that I've been a big Insurgency guy... I have about 350hrs in that game. the big swallow is the card was $1050 CAD + 13% tax... it's the most I've ever spend for a single computer component. Wife has no clue what the card cost. Now that I'm back on the Green Team I was thinking of getting a monitor with G-Sync. My buddy AlamakLuke has one and it's glorious to look at. Those monitors start at $600CAD here and go to $1200. I really like Sapphire cards. My first and in my opinion best, was a 4850X2. For it's time it was boss. And man I miss it too. I've been on the look out for one for quite some time now.
I know you're thinking of selling your other cards to make up the cost. If you don't "NEED" to really sell them, don't. I have many regrets selling off my hardware, but was in a need to position. I'm not a sit at home and collect a check person, so with working comes other expenses. Had to get a double bay tool box from harbor freight and use it for a tool cart while I'm sitting on a Matco tool cart that cost me 1200 dollars and still paying for it. It became too small believe it or not and they call it a service cart but lacks the space to hold all the service tools I have.

If you don't "NEED" to really sell them That's where I am right now. Do I need too? I don't think I need two of them. So I may just bop off the reference card and buy a GT720/730 for the HTPC to free up the GTX580. Vin

At 55 years old I never thought I'd be dumping another 5K+ into more tools and storage.

to add to the silly stuff I've done... I bought this... running it at 165hz, looks amazing. I also got time and properly closed up my case. Rig Setup looks sweet now. using my original Asus 1440p monitor as a system HUD to the right while gaming. 1080Ti just eats this stuff up.... I'll post pictures when when I can. Vin

but when you strike deals, it's hard to walk away...
One complaint, the MB and GPU have too many LED's, case is bright while gaming in the dark...

right now I have the MB and GPU LED's based on temps, so they are serving a bit of a purpose. I'd had hoped that I could change what the colours were. but Green is good, yellow is warm and red is hot...
I prefer yellow if I'm going to have a light... I'd had liked Yellow/Amber/Red. but that's me.

Vin you can always change those colors to suit you man I have my H100i the RGB logo is based on heat since I run red on all my stuff the logo is red at normal temps and if it starts to overheat it turns blue so if i see its blue I know something is and its over the temp I set it to change at which is about 10c from overheating since my CPU cooler keeps it way below that I know if it gets that hot something aint right
