He got less than we did. He get's his lake snow off Erie when the wind is out of the North. We get ours off of both Erie and Ontario when the wind is WNW/NW/N It's purely a location thing.
Al is a good dude. I've known him since he was a noob. He's invited me to bench LN2 a hundred times, but our schedules always seem to clash. Some day.

$7.50 CAD here.... and has to be delivered to a business, they won't deliver to a residential address. This is why I never got beyond DICE. Vin

yea Vin you gotta be able to find someone else I called every where here local they all said the same shit on why its $3/L and its the fact they dont sell enough for it to be lower demand here just isnt high enough but you are able to buy it here and pick it up in your own vehicle

there is only 1 suppliers (Praxair) and the sub suppliers get it from them too.. I can skirt them and get it from a sub supplier that will deliver to a residential, but then they tack on their fee on top of that. but then the cost is even higher...
I hunted for a few weeks, when I had my DICE setup, hoping to jump in to LN2 but was defeated. then RL got in the way of Benching then I've sold my POT and other extreme gear. I'm only ever planing on doing chilled water from now on. RL has been kicking my butt since and I've barely got in any actual benching time.

that sucks its like that where you are here there are only like 3 places to get it from I plan to do some LN2 after the new year and the holidays are over gonna fork out for like 30-40L might just be 30L cause 50L would be way too much to lift up all the steps LOL

ya, it was a bummer. I had a line on used Dewars here from dentists offices closing/ I think they were 10L and 20L starting at $80ea. that's why I was getting excited as I could had managed that. it was getting them filled that was a trick.
where I worked were ok with me bringing my dewars to work and have them filled there. we had an account with Praxair as we were getting our welding gas from them too. the problem was to transport LN2 you need to be licensed here. so I could get it, but couldn't legally bring it home. Imagine being in an accident and the cops find "contraband" LN2. I couldn't imagine the fines I'd had gotten.

ya, Rasparthe and I have chatted about it a few years ago. Not sure what he's done since.
I'm now doing my benching in the basement, don't think it would be safe to play with LN2 down there. my old setup was in the garage.

It's relatively mild here. About 40°F sunny with a mild breeze. Beautiful Thanksgiving day here. Will be warmer tomorrow at a possible 50°F maybe even warmer than that. No snow, just clear bright skies.

Tony is 100% inactive. Has been for a year or so now. Thats surprising he was a team captain of Overclock.net. Something in Real Life must have taken him away. Vin he was right into Nitrogen before he stopped.

Last time we talked he was starting a new job. Much more responsibility. I'm sure you're on track. He is still listed as a captain at OCN, but Dave (mllrkllr88) has pretty much assumed that role now.

We've had our blanket fall over the last 2 days. about 8 inches. temp in 2 days went from hovering at Zero to -15C today... and yesterday the heat stopped working in my car rad was gurgling, topped up the coolant and watching the overflow can , wonder if I have a leak. great time to have this issue. well that is air gurgling the water vinnie, check and see if the carpet is wet on the floor of the car, if it is its a fair bet the heater core is leaking either from the core itself or a water hose, put a piece of cardboard under the engine to see if any water drops drop on it, will give you an idea if and where the leak is coming from, other than that if the engine is burning the water and its going out the exhaust then you have and engine issue, like head gasket leaking or a crack in a head , make sure the oil hasnt gone white in the engine, if it has then theres (water in the oil), if the radiator water is white or a whitey brown colour then theres (oil in the radiator water), not a good scenario either way if it is, costly too if you cant do it yourself

thanks for the points Ozz, I'll check the carpet. under the car is clean. and checking the oil and it's level is fine. Vin you could have just had a air bubble in there my car did that a few weeks ago wife was driving it got cold one day so I ran heat and it put water into heater core which left air bubble in system which made it overheat you car may be like mine with flaps that keep water out of heater core and only pushes water in there when you turn on heat

I was able to add just over a liter in the rad and added another liter in the catch-can. I have heat again, seems to be OK. I'll check the carpets later, I have weather guard mats in there, so if it's leaking in the car I would never know. Vin

thanks, carpets were good, it's weird.
Overflow can is empty, oil level is good and there are no red drop under the car. Trans (auto) level is high, but I can't see how the coolant could get in there... Bugger is they are both Red...
I'll top up the can again in the morning in hopes it was just that low and I'll go from there. thanks for the tips guys.
