I just found a supplier of r1150 so there is a chance I will be doing cascades as well.

I'll be watching your site grow! I'm wondering if you'll include other things for sale for chilling and maybe water cooling gear, TECs would be cool. I buy those every now and then. Guess I should ask how big you goal to grow?? (I'm just curious!)

Guess I should ask how big you goal to grow?? (I'm just curious!) My plan is to have single stages, chillers, cascades and autocascade chillers which are my personal favorite as with the flip of a switch it will get dice temps. If I am able to I am going to make ln2 pots as well but that wont be until 2021 at the earliest. My plan is to grow as big as possible without having to bring another person on to help. I already have 5 units I am doing in the next two months which with my current equipment is about the most I can do but I hope to grow that to 8-10 a month which would be enough to feed myself and pay rent.

I now have all the current units I am planning on making in the next few months and will add the chillers when I am able to afford the tools to do them properly

good luck and I hope you have great success with that. in terms of tools, be sure the purchase of them is quantifiable.
IE: This tool with save X time at X rate bill rate, number of units sold to pay for tool equals X units. Planned units/year without tool is X vs. unit's/year with tool giving you Y... X to Y ratio should be 50% or greater (figure your own ratio and stick with it) with a max of 2 year payback. If you can't quantify it, then you don't need it. Some things seems like necessities, but are truly nice-to-have items. putting the emotion aside can sometimes be difficult.
When I ran my business i went overboard a touch on a few tool items with features I didn't even use in the end. I later learned the example above (flavour is a little different, but gives you an idea) and then made better purchases before having to put the brakes on my business due to personal reasons.
sometimes, slow is better.

Vin Yeah tools put a huge dent in my budget but I now have everything I need to make any unit except a cascade using r1150 but once I finish Bassplayers co2 cascade I am going to try and hunt some down to make a three stage monster for chispy

If anyone wants to come down around January I am going to be hosting an event for people to try their chips on an ln2 cooled single stage that does -210c. Main chips we want to tackle are fx valid frequency and some modern intel 1/32m

This is super cool I've been thinking about an SS unit myself. I'd like to build one myself but I lack the time to really look into it.
If you ever consider shipping worldwide, be warned about restrictions of certain refrigerants. Some stuff may be legal to use and sell in certain countries but just the neighbour it might not be allowed. Save yourself the trouble and make it clear that people who are interested need to look up themselves wether or not they can use a certain type.

Save yourself the trouble and make it clear that people who are interested need to look up themselves wether or not they can use a certain type. Luckily under f gas laws most refrigerants are only banned in capacity above 2kg but there is an alternative to r404a which is 452a which is only off by about 3c and is allowed everywhere in the world for any sized application. 452b is also an option for a replacement of r410a but the extra 5c isn't really worth the almost 4 bar higher condensing pressure in my opinion. The nice thing about cascades is r170 and r1150 is that they both are natural gasses with 0 odp and 6 and 4 respectively compared to the 2100 of r452b so they are not even considered refrigerant under most laws about gases regarding the environment
