I found with one FX chip that 225, 250, 275 and 300 clocks where sweet spots for memory dividers. Would yield 1000mhz. So you're definitely on to something. You can always lower NB divider to keep that in check. HT, I would OC that some. It won't do a great deal, but it OCs generally well.

hmm I was reading many found their stability limit to be around 225 base. Is it dangerous to try higher?
went for a quick drive in MW2012, noticed the 110 pcie freq. was causing frequent crashes. a few on the net say they run this at 105, and I was without crashes. but i'm not sure if it's of any benefit to go over the standard 100. perhabs running 105 can cause stability issues with an increased overall o/c attempt.

Well, I usually just leave PCI-E bus fixed at 100-102. Seems to be stable there.
