Funny. I came to work to extract a small stainless steel 7th injector bolt the night guy sheered off.... JINXED!!! Don't use stainless. It's brittle. That's how they come on the ISM motors factory. They charge 15 dollars for it lol. Special stuff ya know. After treatment is always expensive. And everything for Kenworth is expensive, and I do mean everything. The problem is the last time it was serviced, the tech didn't use never seize. EDIT: sorry that could be an ISX motor. I forget which lol, omg that's bad. We only have a few of each actually. Most of our stuff is Detroit motors DD13 and DD15s. We have the most trouble with after treatment wiring in our Freightliners. Swear the wires are like 4 strands. They break if you look at them wrong. Had to smack the younger guys hand once like I'm his momma. He was tugging on the main harness from the ACM (after treatment control module) which is the biggest no no in the electrical world lol. I says, wtf you doing man??! His reply was typical. I dunno... what?! Me, WTF do mean what?! you broke wires, watch that engine light come on now!! Sure enough, no lies, engine light on a 2 repaired wires later good to go. Sigh. If it looks secure, it's secure. You don't pull wires... EVER!!!
